About the company & production
VILON-PLAST has been operating since 2000. The actual experience in this field is even longer. Over the years we grew from a small site into a full-cycle polymer packaging manufacturer for Russian brands.
Our core specialisation is PET containers (jars, bottles, etc.), PP and PE caps, and PET preforms. We own 50+ blow moulds and 20+ injection moulds.
Our key advantage is custom production. We build exclusive moulds from customer sketches and print logos on both caps and jars.
We run a full in-house cycle: cast preforms and caps ourselves, blow mould jars on our own equipment, and work only with trusted raw-material and colourant suppliers. We use only virgin material — no recycled content.
All products are certified and tested against regulatory standards. Samples available before a bulk order. We ship across Russia.

Batch runs on blow and injection lines with QA at each step.

Palletising, paperwork, delivery across Russia and export.
