Containers from your sketch: shape, volume, neck ergonomics. We refine the 3D model before tooling.
Dedicated blow mould on top of our preforms and caps, about 2 months. The mould is paid by the customer and stays their property; after that you only pay per run. Injection moulds for new necks or new caps - on separate request (5-6 months, built in partnership with mould factories).
Logo on caps and jars. Pad print, silkscreen, embossing — matched to material and run size.
Tamper-evident seal, leak-tightness, product protection. We fit caps with liners on request, priced per run.
